Is there a minimum order?

No, there are no minimum orders. You can order one or as many as you would like.

Can I have more than one color?

Yes, you can create as man colors as you would like. You can continue to create new colors by filling out the pop-up form on the "Submit Your Custom Color" product page. You can also review your color choices at check-out. 

How long can the color name be?

Please limit your name to less than 15 characters. This is because it has to be fit on the label. 

What happens if one of the colors is out of stock?

If a color is out of stock, then we will immediately notify you and let you know when it will be available again. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each product comes in box with the name on the label. 

How long does the lipstick last for? 

Each tube of lipstick will last 3-4 months if you use it regularly, and can be kept up to 2 years before expiring. 

Does your product contain parabens?

No, Finding Ferdinand products do not contain parabens. 

Where is the lipstick made? 

All Finding Ferdinand lipsticks are all manufactured in the USA.

Can I make a return?

Yes, we gladly accept returns within 14 days. We want to make sure you love your colors. 

How long does it take for me to make a custom color? 

Once an order is placed, it takes our machines a few minutes to produce the lipstick. We ship within 1-2 days and depending on your delivery choice, you can have it as soon as 2 days or 7 days.

Yes, Finding Ferdinand does events and parties. Please contact us for more details:

Can the color become discontinued?

At Finding Ferdinand, we save all your colors in our database, including the recipe and RGB code. You can easily reorder your color and never have to worry about the color going away. 

Can you create a discontinued color?

Yes, we use our base colors to re-create a discontinued color. We cannot guarantee that the color will be 100% accurate, but we try our best to replicate the color for you. 

What ingredients are inside your lipstick?

Finding Ferdinand lipsticks contain the following ingredients. 

Lipsticks have three main components: Wax + Oils + Colorants  

Most of the main ingredients are oils and wax that make the lipsticks moisturizing, while the other ingredients help bind the wax, oil, and colorants together. This allows the lipstick to maintain a consistent feel and color.
