Last Minute Reads to Finish Summer Strong

Summer is the perfect time to lay in bed, outside, or -- if you’re lucky enough -- on the beach and dive into a good read.  But with everyone’s hectic schedules of traveling and work, it’s sometimes hard to squeeze in a few hours to spend time with fictional, or nonfictional friends that come alive in the pages of books.

Sure, you can avoid reading all summer and instead listen to Taylor Swift songs, but diving into a romantic novel is a sure-fire way to really embrace romance in a more intimate way.  And all-time favorite of mine are The Summer I Turned Pretty novels by Jenny Han.  These books are the perfect beach-read, and covers all stages of romances, from new love to heartbreak.  Every romantic adores pink lips.  So, ignite your inner hopeless romantic with a splash of hot pink.
