Who's Who For International Women's Day!

March 8th is International Women's Day. A global day celebrating the economic, political and social achievements of women past, present and future. Here at Finding Ferdinand, we're taking this opportunity to highlight some notable women who are making strides for us all. At the end of it all, all we have is each other, and want to continue to support one another. Check out who we picked and how we recreated their lipstick colors with our Starter Kit

Zendaya Coleman

Zendaya Coleman makes our list because she gracefully handled Guiliana Rancic's remarks about her hair. Every women has the right to wear her hair any way she desires, and to be ridiculed on national television is no laughing matter. We all want our children to grow up in a world that is tolerant and knowledgable about people of all backgrounds.

Jeon Ji Hyun

Jeon Ji Hyun is a famous Korean actress that single handedly sold out all lipstick counters in Asia. THAT is economic power. Here's a nod to the sleeping dragon that is no longer sleeping and definitely awake at the table.

Patricia Arquette

Patricia Arquette spoke openly during her Oscars' acceptance speech about women equality. Equal pay brings financial freedom that in turns gives people power in social circles and politics, so we are definitely on board with what she has to say!

Amal Alamuddin

Amal Alamuddin is an obvious choice, and we love her because she advocates for human rights. Here she is at the Global Summit to End Sexual Violence in Conflict.
